How a network is launched and run
This is the operator’s map of the system. It is not a substitute for the console you receive under contract. It is the meaning of each step, so a studio, a rights holder, a hospitality group, or an app team can see where their work sits.
1. Connect rights, libraries, and feeds
Bring the content you can air and the live sources you already produce into one control plane.
2. Found the channel
Schedule the day, apply the brand, and originate FAST or linear from Channel Foundry.
3. Run live when the slate demands it
Move the event onto Live Desk — program, preview, graphics, and failover in one view.
4. Sell the break, then carry the network
Moment Exchange prices the moment. Edge Splice inserts it. Network Fabric delivers the same channel to every screen.
Products
- Channel FoundrySchedule, brand, and originate FAST and linear channels from one console. Dayparts, graphics, and live slots live with the channel — not in a second playout system.
- Live DeskIngest every feed, preview the next source, and fail over while the program stays up. Built for sports, news, and any slate that cannot miss a cue.
- Moment ExchangeEach break is priced from the scene on screen, the audience in the session, and the demand available — across AVOD, FAST, and live.
- Edge SpliceDetect SCTE-35, return a decision, and splice the creative with frame accuracy — on FAST, OTT, sports, and hospitality feeds.
- Network FabricA single channel definition fans out to FAST platforms, owned apps, hospitality, and sports endpoints — with branding and breaks intact.
Who runs the desk
Platform
Your operators run Channel Foundry, Live Desk, Moment Exchange, Edge Splice, and Network Fabric. MSOOCast is the system. Your team is the network.
Operated network
MSOOCast specialists run playout, live control, and yield with you. You keep the brand, the rights, and the audience. The channel stays on air and the breaks stay sold.
